Orion Apartments – Coorparoo

Ryan Wilks were engaged to install, test & commission the general lighting and power within the Orion Apartment complex – 186 Units – Two Tower Residential complex. Positioned with a fantastic panoramic view of the CBD situated in the heart of Coorparoo on Cavendish Road.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The works generally included:

• Installation of a Main Switchboard, Community DB’s, Meter Panels and associated submains throughout the complex.
• General Power.
• General Lighting – Including specialist “Green Wall” Lighting to assist living plants positioned inside the building.
• Emergency lighting through common areas.
• Design certification and As Built Drawings.
