Fernhill Residential Aged Care Facility

Ryan Wilks have completed another Aged Care Facility in South East QLD, this time in partnership with Bolton Clarke and Hansen Yuncken. Located on King Street in Caboolture, the project was successfully completed in February 2021.
The site offers 162 individual resident rooms over 7 floors and Ryan Wilks were responsible for the following works.

Part of our works required demolition to existing buildings to allow for further expansion in the future. Working around an active Aged Care Facility during the Covid 19 pandemic posed some challenges for our team. Careful planning along with regular prestart meetings ensured the continued safety of the residents, staff and our site team”
